Adam Lambert was reportedly in Miami Beach yesterday where a papp was trying to take a picture of him. Lambery reached over and tried to grab the camera out of the guy’s backpack and a scuffle ensued. Lambert then wrestled the camera man to the ground.
The papp then went right out to the Miami Beach police station to file a battery report. TMZ says the report claimed the photographer did not sustain any, “bruises or lacerations.”
Can you have battery without any injuries? Just a question.
Like any celebrity does.. Lambert hopped on Twitter to defend his actions yesterday saying, “I lost my temper for a sec but wow it felt great lol MIAMI!!!” Then, “Battery? Nope. I attempted to grab a camera, no punches were thrown and no one was on the ground…. It was literally harmless. If embarrassment is a crime- thats all I’m guilty of. ”
Maybe Lambert was just having a bad hairday… nobody wants their picture taken if that happens.
