David Beckham announced yesterday via his official Facebook page the birth of his fourth child, a girl, with wife Victoria Beckham. David wrote, “I am so proud and excited to announce the birth of our daughter Harper Seven Beckham. She weighed a healthy 7lbs 10oz and arrived at 7.55 this morning, here in LA. Victoria is doing really well and her brothers are delighted to have a baby sister xx”
Just days before, David had snapped a photo of a very pregnant Victoria with the caption, “Took this pic of Victoria while she wasn’t looking. She looks amazing, so close now to the baby being born!”
Looks like he took the photo just in time!

This weekend was Victoria Beckham’s celebrity studded baby shower. The mother of three boys with husband David Beckham is expecting a girl later this year. Eva Longoria and celebrity hair stylist Ken Paves co-hosted the event at the Butterfly Bar at the top of West Hollywood’s Hotel Le Petit Ermitage. Guests, such as Selma Blair and Katie Holmes were asked to wear pink.. and most likely … 6 inch heels.

Sources close to Victoria and David Beckham say that the couple’s upcoming baby may be a girl. The couple currently have three boys: Brooklyn, Cruz and Romeo, so this would be the first girl for the couple.
Victoria’s close friend Eva Longoria is hosting the baby shower in July at the Chateau Marmont. Rumor has it Eva has ordered pink balloons and other pink favors for the event. Pink can only mean one thing. If this baby is a girl, she is definitely going to give Suri Cruise a run for her money in the fashion department!

Posh says to Marie Claire this month, “I don’t really notice that he’s got a high-pitched voice. I just think he’s so god––– perfect that people have to find something wrong with him. We were about to go out somewhere the other day, and he was sending an e-mail. He was sitting at the end of the bed, and he had no clothes on whatsoever. I was getting out of the shower, and I just stood there looking at him. He was all tan. Has all those tattoos – which I love. Hadn’t done his hair. He just naturally looks good all the time. He never looks like s–– in the morning. Never. So he’s sitting there sending his e-mails, all ripped. Not an ounce of fat on him. And I thought,’You done good, girl.’ I sure wasn’t thinking of his high-pitched voice.”

David Beckham wants everyone to know that he does not hire $10,000 a night hookers. In fact, they were only $5,000.
The call girl says that she slept with him five times in 2007 saying, “”It was a high. All of these women dream of being with him, and I got to hook up with him. It was very exciting.”
Beckham and wife Victoria (Posh) are mad over an InTouch Weekly story last week that reported David Beckham hires $10,000 a night hookers. The allegations of the magazine include a threesome and unprotected sex to which their rep replies, “Sadly we live in a world where a magazine can print lies and believe they can get away with it. We are taking legal action against the magazine.”
The source tells US Magazine that the couple will, “fight this. They’re fed up with people trying to tear them apart. Their love is strong.”

Soccer star David Beckham sustained an injury yesterday and will reportedly be out of the World Cup.
David Beckham was playing for AC Milan on Sunday when he tore his left Achilles tendon. Beckham, 34, trapped a pass with his left foot and stepped back before he began hopping on his right foot.
Beckham was in tears with pain and went to the sideline to be treated by medics.
Fabio Capello, Beckham’s national manager stated: “I am very sad for David that he has suffered this injury. We have to wait for the results of the scan, but it looks like he is out of the World Cup … David is a great professional and has worked very hard to be ready for the World Cup, so missing it will be a big blow.”
David Beckham is currently on his way to Finland “to see a specialist and have a scan on the injury. He is understandably upset but wants to thank everyone for their messages of support. He hopes to make a swift and full recovery.”
David’s wife Victoria Beckham has flown out of Los Angeles to be by her injured husband’s side.
