Here’s the scene. Miami Beach. 3am. A red Bugatti that retails for $1.7 million swerving in and out of lanes. Totally inconspicuous. It’s a wonder cops ever found Flo Rida.
Police pulled over an intoxicated Flo Rida for a suspicion of a DUI in Miami Beach after the rapper had been partying at local clubs till 3am. The officer gave Flo Rida a test to have him walk a straight line but he told the cop, “Officer I can’t do this. I don’t feel I can walk a straight line. I had a few drinks. Let’s try another test.”
Flo then said, “I can make it home.”
A crowd had gathered on the street and bystanders were offering to drive him home but the police ended up arresting Flo anyways. At least Flo….and the Bugatti were unharmed.

So here’s how it went down. A man reportedly gunned down his robbery accomplice in Good Stuff Diner in Chelsea, New York. He was wearing a giant chain during the shooting that witnesses reported to the police.
Scott and Barranco “would befriend tellers at banks,” and then rob the banks, where they “would get upwards of $60,000,” Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly told the News. Later, the pair would allegedly pay off the tellers they robbed.
Then what do you do when you have successfully committed a shooting? Head to a bball game of course!
So there was the criminal mastermind, hangin out watching the game.. still wearing his giant necklace and what happens? They show his picture randomly on the Jumbo-Tron!
Guess who was waiting outside the stadium for him? Yep, he was nabbed after being on the run for about 2 two weeks.

Wowsers, does this girl not have a sense of irony at all?
Lindsay Lohan reportedly tried to sneak out of the Betty Ford center to get to the nearby Eisenhower Medical Center to buy soda from a vending machine.
“Lohan’s rouse was almost pulled off if it wasn’t for her accomplice, another patient, whose clothing got caught on the fence.
“Lindsay and her co-conspirator were forced to give it up and flag down a volunteer, who was crossing the center’s grounds on a golf cart,” a source, with knowlegde of the situation, told RadarOnline.com.”
Ultimate failure. The two had to return to rehab and have a meeting about their behavior.
Why would Lindsay do that when all it takes to get a soda is Dina Lohan, a six pack and a slingshot??

If you were worried that Lindsay Lohan was getting the VIP treatment in prison, don’t be. The star’s mom Dina, who visited her yesterday, says it’s not true.
Dina went to see Lindsay with her sister Ali Lohan and her ex, Samanthan Ronson, then slammed reports that the 24-year-old is enjoying perks behind bars.
“She doesn’t have cell phone privileges, that’s absurd,” Dina said, referring to reports no one actually printed. “She doesn’t even have a pillow to sleep on.”
Aww. Sad. They can’t even touch each other, either!
“I talk to her through glass. There’s a phone and we put her on speaker. I can’t even hug my daughter,” Dina laments. “She’s treated like a common criminal.”
Which she is. One who drives drunk and recklessly, then can’t even make it to one freaking alcohol education meeting a week. She got hers. Just saying.
Dina acknowledged, however, that Lindsay is being treated well: “I have to say that the people inside have been pretty cool to her, guards and the inmates.”
The Mean Girls star has been behind bars since July 20. The date of her release from jail is still unclear, although it is likely to be sooner rather than later.
Whenever she leaves, the star must report to rehab immediately. Her lawyer is trying to get her a temporary delay before checking in, but don’t bet on it.
In any event, Lohan will likely be out of the slammer in under three weeks. Not bad for a 90-day jail sentence. Hopefully it’s long enough to learn a lesson.

A 14-year-old faces a hate-crime enhancement charge after Palm Bay police said he carried out a racially motivated attack on a 22-year-old man for listening to rap music.
The teen was taken into custody late Monday and charged with battery after Palm Bay police were called to investigate a disturbance near the intersection of Port Malabar Boulevard and India Lane in the northeast section of the city.
Hate-crime enhancement means the first-degree misdemeanor battery charge could be elevated to a third-degree felony because the youth showed “extreme prejudice against the victim because of his race,” said Yvonne Martinez, spokeswoman for the Palm Bay Police Department.
“The victim, who is white, was walking along Port Malabar listening to rap music when he saw the suspect and a group of other youth,” Martinez said.
The 14-year-old, who police say may have known the man, told the man to stop listening to the rap music, “because he was white,” and that, “white people shouldn’t listen to rap music,” Martinez said.
“(The victim) then told them that he could listen to any kind of music he liked,” Martinez said.
The teen struck the victim in the face as the other youth encouraged the attack, police said. The beaten man escaped and contacted police. He later identified the teen, Martinez said. The teen was then booked into the Juvenile Detention Center.
The state attorney’s office will review the charges.

President Barack Obama told the ladies of The View that he will not be attending the upcoming nuptials of Chelsea Clinton and Marc Mezvinsky.
He explains:
“I was not invited to the wedding because I think Hillary and Bill, properly, want to keep this thing for Chelsea and her soon-to-be husband. You don’t want two presidents at one wedding! All the secret service, guests going through [metal detectors], all the gifts being torn apart.”
Or maybe the Clinton family is straight disassociating themselves from his punk ass… You know, with his approval ratings so low? Or maybe it’s the fact that he spends more time doing interviews with The View and ESPN than he does in the office!
