Its actually surprising Jay-Z is responding to Hammer’s hilarious diss video of Jay-Z.

Jay-Z said this week that Hammer is going to be “really embarrassed” when he reads his new book because, “He’s going to be embarrassed, I said some really great things about him in the book … It is what it is. He took it the wrong way.”

Well, Jay-Z did say Hammer went broke in his new song… But then again Hammer DID go broke!! That’s no joke.

Jay-Z said, “I didn’t know that [topic] wasn’t on the table for discussion.”

Either way Hammer should be happy since this is the first time anyone has mentioned his name in the media in about 20 years!

In the LOL category this morning, Nick Cannon saw MC Hammer’s beef with Jay-Z this week and decided that he and MC Hammer should challenge Enimem and Jay-Z to a boxing match!

Hey at least Nick has a sense of humor about the whole thing, because he knows he does not have much of a shot! HipHopWired reports Cannon not only started a Facebook page called Nick Cannon vs Eminem but also Tweeted this, ““I’m on some Harlem Nights type sh!t I’m putting my money on @Eminem to win!! LOL…One things for damn sure @Eminem has way more fans than I do! They go hard! I don’t want it with #Teamshady LOL.”

Wow, I never thought I would write that name again, but MC Hammer is in the press again!

Jay-Z’s new song lyrics say,”The Hammer went broke so you know I’m more focused, I lost 30 mill so I spent another 30, cuz unlike Hammer 30 mill can’t hurt me”

Well, Hammer did not like that too much, so he shot back on Twitter- yes… MC Hammer has a Twitter page.

Hammer wrote, (lol he calls Jay-Z “Jay HOE) “Jay-HOE aka #HellBoy Tell Jay Oct 31 (Devils Nite) We’ll see if this record and video “Hurt’s Him”

and then, “They worshipped the dragon which gave POWER to the beast saying Who is like the beast? Who is able to make war with him?”

Meanwhile, you can dress like Hammer for Halloween or Devils Nite and hold your breath until the BIG reveal!

In case you cared, Paris Hilton & Kim Kardashian still hate each others guts.  They have for quite some time now even though they used to be BFFs…but it seems nobody really stays friends with Paris that long.  It’s also been reported that Paris recently hung out with Kim K ex Reggie Bush so obviously Paris wants to keep the feud alive.

Appearing at the same party last weekend at Lavo’s second anniversary party, they spent the night on opposite ends of the room ignoring each other.

Midway into the party, Paris made the terrible mistake of grabbing the mic and singing her one mediocre hit, “Stars are Blind”.

After her ears stopped bleeding, Kim got up to the mic and said, “Now for some real music!”

Jimmy Fallon has found himself on the receiving end of a sexual-discrimination complaint brought by a former stage manager who claims he lost his job because “Jimmy preferred taking directions from a woman.”

Seriously?

In documents filed with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the New York Division of Human Rights, Paul Tarascio alleges he was discriminated against by Fallon and his staff discriminated by being demoting and then fired as stage manager despite 14 years of experience in the job working with predecessor Conan O’Brien. The action claims that Tarascio was replaced with a less qualified woman.

“It’s a tough thing for him to be told that the reason why he was being moved from one position to another was that Jimmy Fallon preferred to take direction from a woman,” Tarascio’s attorney, Dominick Bratti, tells E! News.

Per his complaint, the technician did not follow the rest of CoCo’s crew to California to work on The Tonight Show but instead was hired on as first stage manager by Fallon after he took over Late Night. A few months after the show’s launch, in July 2009, Tarascio says in his filing that he was informed that he was being demoted to second stage manager based solely on the host’s gender preference for the No. 1 position.

After months of wrangling back and forth over what he felt was discriminatory action, Tarascio claims he was then let go in March on the basis of “fabricated performance issues.”

Bratti says that more than anything his client just wants “his job back,” but if not, he’s going to ask for redress via the EEOC and seek damages.

No comment as of press time from Fallon’s camp, probably cause he’s getting ready to host the Emmys next month.

Maybe they could settle this with a little Cell Phone Shootout.

A 14-year-old faces a hate-crime enhancement charge after Palm Bay police said he carried out a racially motivated attack on a 22-year-old man for listening to rap music.

The teen was taken into custody late Monday and charged with battery after Palm Bay police were called to investigate a disturbance near the intersection of Port Malabar Boulevard and India Lane in the northeast section of the city.

Hate-crime enhancement means the first-degree misdemeanor battery charge could be elevated to a third-degree felony because the youth showed “extreme prejudice against the victim because of his race,” said Yvonne Martinez, spokeswoman for the Palm Bay Police Department.

“The victim, who is white, was walking along Port Malabar listening to rap music when he saw the suspect and a group of other youth,” Martinez said.

The 14-year-old, who police say may have known the man, told the man to stop listening to the rap music, “because he was white,” and that, “white people shouldn’t listen to rap music,” Martinez said.

“(The victim) then told them that he could listen to any kind of music he liked,” Martinez said.

The teen struck the victim in the face as the other youth encouraged the attack, police said. The beaten man escaped and contacted police. He later identified the teen, Martinez said. The teen was then booked into the Juvenile Detention Center.

The state attorney’s office will review the charges.

White people shouldn’t listen to rap?  Ok, the day white people stop buying rap albums is the day every rapper in the world goes broke.  Think before you act idiot.

Heidi Montag doesn’t have many fans anymore (besides the American Board of Plastic Surgery), and it’s no surprise that Snooki wants to beat her ass. You know, that’s how they do it in Jersey.

“I will punch her in the face because I don’t like her,” Snooki said when asked if Heidi should join her show. “She had too many surgeries. She looks like an alien and guidettes don’t look like aliens, just saying.”

Snooki was then asked if Heidi had said anything in the past to prompt such a reaction. She explained, “I don’t know [if she said anything about me]. I don’t research Heidi because she’s nothing to me.”

That’s true, guidettes don’t look like aliens, more like faked-n-baked chimpanzees.  Is it me or am I the only one who sees Heidi winning this fight?  That fat little roll (Snooki) would tire out after one round. At least Heidi’s in shape!
