Floyd Mayweather is still dealing with the charges for allegedly punching his babys mom’s new boyfriend and now he has a security guard claiming that Floyd came at him, fists flying!
TMZ reports that the security guard was doing his routine patrol of Mayweather’s neighborhood when he saw a parking violation at Floyd’s house. The guard says Floyd struck him in the face and he went to call the cops. When police arrived, Floyd wouldn’t answer the door!
Hey, they can’t arrest you if they can’t catch you!

Red wine and extensions were flying at the wrap of the Real Housewives of the OC, the original start of the now infamous TV series.
Jeana, who has been off the show for one season now, has reportedly been giving interviews about Tamra and her now ex husband Simon Barney. Tamra has been pretty mad about it for some time and had her lawyers write up a Cease and Desist for Jeana to hand to her at the party.
Jeana refused to take it cursing at Tamra and saying to her, “You’re a b**** and I’m gonna throw your a** in the pool.” Then she pushed her at the pool. Tamra threw a glass of red wine on her and walked away. Jeana tried to throw her glass on Tamra and hit a woman wearing all white on accident! Guess we know her baseball playing sons didn’t get their pitching arm from mom!
Drama!

Mike Tyson is being sued by a photographer for $25 million dollars!!
Tyson was arrested for the altercation which happened at LAX but he was released for lack of evidence. In the altercation, he allegedly punched the guy in the face and broke his camera. Now the photog is filing a civil suit in hopes of getting some money.
Tyson’s average per fight was $11 mill… and this guy only got in one fight with him!! His math seems a little off!

Kim & Khloe Kardashian and Scott Disick were in an NYC club last night when a man wanted to take a picture with Kim. His girlfriend didn’t like that idea too much and came at Kim throwing a drink! Scott and Khloe came to her rescue but Khloe’s wedding ring flew off and she had to jump across the floor to pick it up! Really? Honestly have you seen her hands? That ring must be enormous to be that loose on her fingers!
The group headed out the club soon after and managed to avoid any more trouble.

Sources for Mario are now speaking out about the assault that happened last week between the singer and his mom.
Kikster reports, “While Mario was of town recording in New York, his mother had relapsed back into drugs and she was using his personal debit card to purchase illegal narcotics, aka heroin. When Mario returned home (on the 25th of September) and confronted his mother about her actions she became enraged and an argument escalated, his Mom called 911 claiming that Mario got physical with her.”
Mario’s rep said, “This is an unfortunate incident between a loving son and a mother who continues to struggle with a devastating addiction. Anyone who has waged the battle to save loved ones from the forces of drugs knows the irrational behavior that almost always accompanies their actions. Despite the allegations, Mario remains committed to supporting his mother.”

Singer Mario was arrested last night for attacking his MOM? That’s messed up.
TMZ reports the two were having an argument in the Baltimore apartment they both share. His mom, a former heroin addict told cops that Mario was, “throwing and damaging property” and was pushing her around.
According to his mom this was the second time he had become violent with her this week saying he thre her, “eight feet into a living room wall, where Ms. Hardaway hit her head on the wall.”
Cops ended up arresting him on 2nd degree assault and he was then released on a $500K bond.

Floyd Mayweather, the world’s happiest mugshot taker, was arrested last week over alleged charges of beating up his baby’s mother.
Reports said that he entered the house, punched her in the head and started to beat her in front of her children. Now TMZ reports that the reason Mayweather was so upset had to do with the new man she was seeing.
“According to the report, Mayweather read text messages on Josie’s phone … which included messages from C.J. Watson (pictured below), who plays for the Chicago Bulls. According to the report, Mayweather screamed, “‘Are you having sex with C.J.?’ Harris replied, ‘Yes, that is who I’m seeing now. According to the report, “Harris stated that Mayweather began yelling at Harris, ‘I’m going to kill you and the man your (sic) are messing around with.’ He also stated, ‘I’m going to have you both disappear.’”
Mayweather was also charged with grand larceny for stealing Harris’s iPhone… maybe to read further messages.

Not looking like someone who has been arrested for a domestic incident between himself and his baby’s mom…. Floyd cheeses it up for the cameras looking more like a guy on vacation than a guy in jail.
Mayweather’s baby’s mother Josie Harris claims he hit her in the head in her Las Vegas house on Thursday night. She says he then continued to beat her in front of her three children. The cause of his anger was apparently her new boyfriend.
No word on where her new boyfriend was at this time.
