Beyonce announced last week that she fired her dad as her manager and is now being managed by her husband, Jay-Z. Although Jay-Z already has a big time female singer who he currently manages- Rihanna. Media Take Out is reporting that this may be causing some issues and Rihanna may be looking to replace Jay-Z.

A source close to Rihanna says that Rih is worried that Jay-Z signing wife Beyonce means a huge conflict of interests as the two are in direct competition for endorsement deals, not to mention the fact that there are some issues with the fact that producers that are paid fees from her album are all managed by RocNation There is also no secret that Rihanna’s tour ticket sales are down, which adds to the list of problems between the two.

The source says, “It seems like [Jay Z's] RocNation is making sure that they have MULTIPLE paychecks coming out of Rihanna, and they’re using her to promote their artists. It doesn’t seem fair.”

We are sure there are TONS of managers who would jump at the chance to sign Rihanna- in fact, they’re probably calling her now!

Diddy, who is good friends with Beyonce and Jay-Z, just recently said, “I’d love to have what Jay and Beyonce have.

“My ideal woman has to have intellect and soul. I don’t woo them with flowers, I need to know they like me for real.”

Its actually surprising Jay-Z is responding to Hammer’s hilarious diss video of Jay-Z.

Jay-Z said this week that Hammer is going to be “really embarrassed” when he reads his new book because, “He’s going to be embarrassed, I said some really great things about him in the book … It is what it is. He took it the wrong way.”

Well, Jay-Z did say Hammer went broke in his new song… But then again Hammer DID go broke!! That’s no joke.

Jay-Z said, “I didn’t know that [topic] wasn’t on the table for discussion.”

Either way Hammer should be happy since this is the first time anyone has mentioned his name in the media in about 20 years!

Jay-Z is a Barack Obama supporter and wants to help fix the US saying, “In order to judge someone, you have to judge what they inherit. He inherited the worst economy, war, just a horrible time in American history. So if we think he can solve that, I mean, we don’t think he’s God, do we. He’s a human being. He’s going to need time to figure that out.”

“In order to get to that sort of success and that dream, you have to go through some peaks and valleys,” Jay added. “It’s been two years.”

In the LOL category this morning, Nick Cannon saw MC Hammer’s beef with Jay-Z this week and decided that he and MC Hammer should challenge Enimem and Jay-Z to a boxing match!

Hey at least Nick has a sense of humor about the whole thing, because he knows he does not have much of a shot! Wow, I never thought I would write that name again, but MC Hammer is in the press again!

Jay-Z’s new song lyrics say,”The Hammer went broke so you know I’m more focused, I lost 30 mill so I spent another 30, cuz unlike Hammer 30 mill can’t hurt me”

Well, Hammer did not like that too much, so he shot back on Twitter- yes… MC Hammer has a Twitter page.

Hammer wrote, (lol he calls Jay-Z “Jay HOE) “Jay-HOE aka #HellBoy Tell Jay Oct 31 (Devils Nite) We’ll see if this record and video “Hurt’s Him”

and then, “They worshipped the dragon which gave POWER to the beast saying Who is like the beast? Who is able to make war with him?”

As most of you know, Jay Z and LeBron James had a close friendship up until last month. Now an insider is saying that their friendship has been strained over it and Jay-Z is super pissed at LeBron.

Why is Jay so mad at LeBron? The source explained, “Jay Z was supposed to be able to bring stars to [the New Jersey] Nets – or at least have access to them. [During the time that LeBron was making his decision] he didn’t even take Jay’s calls. It made Jay look like he couldn’t deliver to the Nets management.”

The insider continued, “If Jay would have landed a star player, he could have been seen as a legitimate asset to the team. Now they see him as just dead weight.”

On one hand, it’s LeBron’s business and his alone… But a heads up to his close friend couldn’t have hurt?

Either way, it’s looking more and more like LeBron is fast becoming the most hated man in sports!

So Although they don’t hardly speak on their relationship, it’s known that Jay-Z and Beyonce are crazy about each other. But this alleged recent move Beyonce pulled really shows that she is Jay’z down chick. Reports, rumors, and pictures have surfaced that the Bey got the word Brooklyn tattooed on her left hand. Now this may not seem like a big deal, but Bey isn’t from Brooklyn like Jay, so she basically representing her hubby’s city… Which makes absolutely ZERO sense to us..
