Howard K Stern is easily one of the creepiest men to walk to planet, but today according to a judge and jury, is not a murderer.
The judge in the Anna Nicole death case ruled today to dismiss the drug conspiracy convictions against Howard K Stern and Anna Nicole’s former psychiatrist Dr. Khristine Eroshevich. The judge said that Stern did not have the intent to fraud when he used fake names to obtain boatloads of prescription drugs which eventually led to Anna Nicole’s demise. Does this make sense? Isn’t using a FAKE NAME the definition of being a fraud? Stern’s lawyers who apparently are as shady as he is, claimed that many celebs use fake names to protect their privacy with prescription pills…. ah, that explains it all. Now we are convinced.
The doctor was fine $100 and had one year of probation which in other words, means a slap on the wrist – actually that’s not even a slap, more like a tap on the wrist.

Joe Francis was just named in a lawsuit regarding a book that he was trying to ban from being published called, “FLASH! Bars, Boobs, and Busted: 5 Years on the Road with Girls Gone Wild.” It was being published by a former employee Ryan Simkin who is now trying to file a lawsuit to block his lawsuit from banning his book. Follow that?
I’m guessing, just a shot in the dark here, that maybe Ryan did not leave Joe’s company on the best terms. According to TMZ, this is how he describes Francis in the court doc, “Convicted felon; child molester; jail-baiting pervert; pimp; sick bastard; sleaze-peddler; tax cheat; rapist; sleazehole; the epitome of a true misogynist, coked-out amoral direct marketer; violent thug; juvenile smut-peddler; sexual predator; one of the 50 most loathsome people in America; and the Douche of the Decade.”
Ouch.
The book features some pretty scandalous stories about being on the road with Joe Francis and Girls Gone Wild including drug use and other questionable activities. Future Mrs Joe Francis may not love reading that book, but I’m sure we would!

Steve Wynn sued Joe Francis last year to recoup the debt he reportedly owes a casino in the amount of $2mill… wowsa.
Joe Francis is now counter-suing saying that Wynn owes him a discount on the debt… which he says is the deal they offered him and the reason he gambled at their casino. This was a deal he had since 2007, but Larry Altschul, executive vice president of player development at Wynn took the offer away when Joe Francis didn’t pay his debt.

Larry Birkhead testified in court against the two doctors and Howard K Stern in the drug conspiracy trial of the late Anna Nicole Smith. Prosecutors brought in Larry to testify that Anna Nicole was under the influence during an awards ceremony in 2007.
Birkhead also said that he saw Howard Stern giving her medications including Methadone which Stern said she needed to live. According to Fox News, ”
Birkhead testified Thursday he saw her taking numerous prescription drugs but that she told him she was not an addict.
He said that from the time he moved in with Smith in late 2004 he was concerned about her excessive use of medications and questioned her about it.
“She would say, ‘I’m in pain. I’m not a drug addict,’” Birkhead recalled.
When he suggested she was taking too many drugs, she replied, “I have a high tolerance because I’m in pain.”
Even back on the Anna Nicole Show days, it was clear to see that Howard Stern was a creep and a mooch. At least he’s now having his day in court.

Lindsay Lohan’s prison diary is reportedly in the early stages of being turned into a tell-all book. In a series of entries to her diary, LiLo — who’ll spend the next 30 days rehabbing at UCLA/Ronald Reagan Medical Center — chronicles her experiences behind the walls of Lynwood’s Century Regional Detention Center…all 13 days of hell.
The new Shawshank Redemption it ain’t!
The troubled actress — who served just 13 days of her 90-day sentence for violating the terms of her probation relating to two drink-driving offenses — filled several notebooks during her stint, and according to TMZ, she wants to make a profit from her scribblings about her time in prison. Sources tell the website that Lindsay, 24, documented “every single thing about her life” in jail in the hope that she can eventually turn the diary into a book. Lindsay wrote about everything from family relationships to her dreams, spies say.
Meanwhile, Lohan’s estranged father Michael Lohan is fighting to visit his daughter since her sudden transfer out of jail and into rehab. Apparently Lindsay has provided a list of approved visitors – but her father is not included.

The incarceration of Lindsay Lohan caused media mania last month.
First there was her Complex spread, thrown together in the wake of her sentencing for probation violations. Now Lohan has landed the cover of Maxim.
Somewhat surprisingly, the trashy men’s magazine doesn’t feature Lindsay Lohan nude except for her court-ordered ankle monitor, as we half expected.
She does wear a jail-appropriate black and white striped bikini, however. Hey, it’s no orange jumpsuit cut off at the waist, but it will have to do.
“I am feeling strong,” she said of her imminent jail sentence for violating her probation. “I’ve experienced a lot in my life,” she added. What a warrior.
“My mom has given me a lot of faith. This too shall pass.”
The wreck, now being treated for drug addiction and mental issues at UCLA Medical Center following her release from jail, shared her post-rehab plans:
“To focus on myself and my work and to move all press on me to focus on the work I do. Also, I’d like to do more work in India and travel to Malawi.”
As for Lindsay’s advice to the fans she has left? “Stay true to yourself always. At the end of the day, you have to look at yourself in the mirror and be content with the choices you’ve made, and will make, in your life. Go with your gut!”

If you were worried that Lindsay Lohan was getting the VIP treatment in prison, don’t be. The star’s mom Dina, who visited her yesterday, says it’s not true.
Dina went to see Lindsay with her sister Ali Lohan and her ex, Samanthan Ronson, then slammed reports that the 24-year-old is enjoying perks behind bars.
“She doesn’t have cell phone privileges, that’s absurd,” Dina said, referring to reports no one actually printed. “She doesn’t even have a pillow to sleep on.”
Aww. Sad. They can’t even touch each other, either!
“I talk to her through glass. There’s a phone and we put her on speaker. I can’t even hug my daughter,” Dina laments. “She’s treated like a common criminal.”
Which she is. One who drives drunk and recklessly, then can’t even make it to one freaking alcohol education meeting a week. She got hers. Just saying.
Dina acknowledged, however, that Lindsay is being treated well: “I have to say that the people inside have been pretty cool to her, guards and the inmates.”
The Mean Girls star has been behind bars since July 20. The date of her release from jail is still unclear, although it is likely to be sooner rather than later.
Whenever she leaves, the star must report to rehab immediately. Her lawyer is trying to get her a temporary delay before checking in, but don’t bet on it.
In any event, Lohan will likely be out of the slammer in under three weeks. Not bad for a 90-day jail sentence. Hopefully it’s long enough to learn a lesson.

Beach Bum Tanning Salon serves as Lindsay Lohan’s stomping ground whenever she rolls into the NYC for a bit of R&R. In fact, the Manhattan facility has been lathering up The Lohan Clan with bronzer for more than a decade. That’s exactly why Beach Bum owners are hosting a “Free Lindsay Rally” outside their establishment this afternoon.
The salon held a similar rally when the State of California pinched heiress Paris Hilton on probation violation charges in 2007.
Beach Bum hopes to “draw awareness to the harsh punishment inflicted on Lohan due to her celebrity status.” (screw world hunger because this is obviously a bigger issue) The event will feature a ribbon-tying ceremony, presumably to represent the alcohol-monitoring shackle the courts had tied on Lindsay’s ankle before she began her sentence.
A presser obtained by Gawker.com this week reads: “Lohan began her sentence on July 20, 2010 at a Hollywood facility after a trial that was filled with media attention and paparazzi presence. The actress is set to be released in October; however, she may be let out early due to overcrowding. The owners of Beach Bum miss seeing her at the salon and hope for her speedy return…. The ceremony kicks off, Tuesday July 27, 2010 at 12 P.M. at the 239 7th Avenue salon location, with a press conference and ribbon tying ceremony. On display will be a prominent homemade Sign across the building saying ‘We love you Lindsay! Come home soon.’”
Try as they might, it looks increasingly unlikely that the tanned-to-a-tangerine masses of the City That Doesn’t Sleep will be successful in their bid to have Lohan released from her new home at the Century Regional Detention Center anytime this week.
The 24-year-old actress — who is only six days into a 90-day jail sentence for breaking the terms of her probation for a 2007 driving under the influence (DUI) charge — had hoped to be released this week due to prison overcrowding, but a jail spokesman has confirmed that will not happen.
