Alexis Neiers was part of the “bling ring” that robbed houses belonging to Orlando Bloom, Paris Hilton and, ironically, Lindsay Lohan, and for the past month she’s been in the same jail as Lindsay. On Friday, Alexis was released, and in an interview with E! she backed up earlier reports saying Lindsay cries a lot, even though she’s being treated like a princess.

The first day, Neiers says, was the toughest for Lohan.
“She was crying. She was talking to deputies and, you know, just trying to—I couldn’t really like make it out, but from what I saw the first day, I mean, she was lying in there and just trying to like calm down.”
Like other inmates, Neiers didn’t have direct contact with Lohan, since both were in protective custody. But the E! star did say there were signs the more famous jailbird was getting some special treatment.
“I mean, she got to keep her extensions in and everything, which most people don’t, and the girls were like, ‘Ah, they had to take my weave out and cut it all out and,’ you know, stuff like that.”

The Sheriff in charge of hooking up these celebrities (Lee Baca) is such a little bish.  Man up Baca and stop kissing the asses of every celeb that comes through your damn jail.

Cops. On. Crack.

On Friday (July 23), he paid the price when he was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Joel Slomsky to 15 years – the mandatory minimum but within sentencing guidelines – in a federal lockup.

The sentencing of Weems came little more than a week after a federal indictment last week of three Philadelphia police officers who were accused of stealing 300 grams of heroin from a drug supplier in exchange for $10,000 cash from an accused drug dealer.

Weems is the latest in a cadre of ex-Philly cops – after Malik Snell and Rickie Durham – to be sentenced in the last year to federal prison on corruption and drug-related charges.

Snell received a 30-year sentence and Durham got a two-year sentence. (Federal prosecutors are appealing Durham’s sentence.)

Weems, who pleaded guilty in January to distribution of crack, attempting to rob a drug dealer and related weapons offenses, had been a 5 1/2-year veteran of the force, working in West Philadelphia’s 18th Police District and making$62,330 a year.

The married father of four was contrite. “I’m ashamed to stand before you today in this situation,” he told Slomsky, adding that he had “embarrassed” his family, friends and fellow police officers.

Weems maintained – as did family and friends – that his criminal misdeeds were “totally out of character” and that he was a “good man.”

But Assistant U.S. Attorney Maria Carrillo said Weems was a dirty cop.

His badge was a means to commit crimes and not protect the public,” she said.

When Slomsky asked how a cop who had no prior criminal record could suddenly go bad, defense attorney Jack J. McMahon Jr. offered a novel theory.

He said many police officers get “desensitized” to the “serious reality and danger” of the drug trade “because they see it every day. If they arrest 10 drug dealers one day, 10 more are back on the streets the next day.”

But the explanation didn’t wash with the judge. “When law-enforcement officers don’t obey the law, nobody is safe,” Slomsky said.

Earlier, the judge read portions of a letter submitted to the court by Police Commissioner Charles Ramsey.

Ramsey wrote that Weems “tarnished the badge he wore” and “put a mark on this department that the rest of us must now work hard to erase.”

As with other corrupt police officers, Ramsey said Weems’ badge will be destroyed and melted into a lump of metal.

Weems had been taken in by a federal informant in December 2008 who was working with the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

The informant passed along information that Weems was a drug dealer.

Court papers said the informant bought an ounce of crack from Weems on Dec. 17, 2008, for $1,300 and two ounces of crack on Jan. 14, 2009, for $2,400.

A few weeks later, Weems bought and transported what he thought was a $30,000 kilo of cocaine from Maryland for someone he thought was a drug dealer but was really an undercover agent. Weems was paid $500, and sham cocaine was used in the sting.

Weems subsequently began planning to rob a drug dealer’s stash house, meeting four times with the informant and undercover agent, who taped the conversations.

During the meetings, Weems stated he would use his badge, uniform and service revolver to enter the house and subdue any occupants, court papers said.

The robbery never occurred because authorities arrested Weems on March 27, 2009, before the planned robbery.

Officials plan to release Lindsay Lohan as soon as possible, according to reports, and every time you turn around, more time is shaved off the star’s sentence.

The probation-violating 24-year-old just had two more days credited for time she previously spent in custody, meaning she may be free by the end of the month.

Lindsay was sentenced to Lynwood Correctional Facility July 20 to begin a 90-day stay for failure to comply with probation stemming from a 2007 DUI arrest.

But Lohan’s jail time will be cut by two-thirds for good behavior, and more by overcrowding. The media circus surrounding her may also press authorities.

Lindsay was expected to be released around August 1-2, or under 14 days of her 90-day sentence. Not the worst deal – and she may even beat that now.

There is hope the actress could even be released this weekend, if her attorneys can swing it. No word if they’ll be successful, but they’re certainly trying.

alg lohan lindsay Lindsay Lohan Inks Multimillion Post Jail Interview Deals

Lindsay Lohan’s first night in jail was a far cry from the accommodations she has grown accustomed to — what with being a celebrity and all — however, the troubled starlet’s nightmarish 14 days in the Lynwood Century Regional could net the star the most lucrative payday she’s seen in more than a year.

Lohan managed to finalize TV and news deals the night before she went off to jail, reportedly locking down tell-all post-pokey interviews that could net her seven figures, Tinseltown tipsters tattled to FOX News Thursday.

“On Monday night, the night before she had to report to jail to serve her sentence, she tied up all loose ends and signed contracts for exclusive television and print stories. She’ll be doing major television sit downs after she finishes all of her sentence. Lindsay is going to tell everything about her experience in jail, she will open up about her entire life.”

The informant adds that Dina Lohan, Lindsay’s enabling stage mom, brokered many of the deals, even going as far as to call media outlets offering up her firstborn for extensive chats as soon as she’s washed, scrubbed, and out of handcuffs.

No word yet on what outlets have purchased rights to LiLo’s first post-jail interview.

1270729213 Lindsay Lohan Jail Update: Living Among Murderers, Visited By Family, May Get Sprung Early

Lindsay Lohan’s fellow Lynwood Correctional Facility inmates give Mean Girls a whole new meaning. Most of the women housed near LiLo are killers.

As in people actually doing time for murder.

Lohan expressed fears of being housed with these inmates since being thrown in jail two days ago, but has not received any special treatment yet.

She did enjoy some slightly less reprehensible company yesterday, though, when she was paid a visit by her mother, Dina, and her little sister Ali.

“Tears were shed,” a source close to the family said. “The visit was very emotional, but Lindsay’s spirits were lifted, seeing her mom and sister.”

As for Michael Lohan? He may join her in prison.

Visiting hours at the jail are typically limited to weekends, but in this case, the troubled actress was allowed an exception – for security reasons.

“Lindsay might receive visitors after official visiting hours are over for security reasons,” a jail official said. “It’s for the safety of everyone.”

Meanwhile, Lohan has been serving out her 90-day sentence – which is expected to be reduced to just 14 days due to overcrowding – in peace.

She’s “cool, calm and sleeping a lot,” says a source. “She’s not a mess at all. She’s keeping to herself … and really handling it pretty good.”

She may not have to handle it much longer, either. Says her attorney:

“It’s our expectation that Ms. Lohan will get additional time credit from her earlier times in custody and that would reduce her time in jail.”

Lindsay was expected to be released on August 1, or after two weeks, but according to Shawn Chapman Holley, she may be sprung sooner.

Judge Marsha Revel will decide how much time credit Lohan will receive and then send a minute order over to the L.A. Sheriff’s Department.

lil wayne baby moma Lil Wayne Has A New Letter For His Fans From Jail

With about 4 months served, Weezy checks in for a 4th time since beginning his sentence. In a new letter, Wayne let the world know that he’s holding up just fine, explained his daily schedule and talked about the true impact that the support from his fans is having on him.

Read his new letter below….

Hello world… I’m good. Counting the days and still smiling. Most of those smiles come from hearing my kids’ voices over the phone. The others come from reading fan mail. Let me just say that I have the best fans in the world! The devotion, dedication, support, love, and most of all, prayers are simply the best. I never imagined that I could have such an impact on people’s lives. Because of this, I vow to be a bit more careful of what I say.

So I’ve been writing and let me be the first to tell you that the lyrics that I’m writing are… well there’s no word that I can think of that properly defines them. Amazing would be too typical and perfect would be unfair. I listen to the radio sometimes, emphasis on sometimes, and I hear the new music. I like some. I applaud my Young Money family for what they’re doing. As I’m not surprised. This is what we’re supposed to do. Congrats to Drake and Nicki for all their recent success. Those 2 are going to have me retiring early. I love my team. Much love to Tez and Mack. I know that people are inquisitive of what I do all day, so here goes. I wake up around 11AM. Have some coffee. Call my kids, and my wonderful mother. I then shower up. Read fan mail. Have lunch. Back on the phone. Read a book or write some thoughts down. Have dinner. Phone. Pushups. Then I listen to ESPN on the radio. Read the bible, then sleep. That’s my day.

I’ll end this letter, but never my love. I’m gone. Oh, and how ‘bout dem Lakers!?!

P.S. I thank my fans for appreciating me the way you do.

Tunechi.

michael and lindsay lohan1 Lindsay Lohans Dad Offers Her Jail Advice

What’s a parent for if he can’t impart his life’s wisdom and comfort his daughter in her time of need? Enter Michael Lohan, perennial Father of the Year candidate.

Mike, who spent three years in prison after being convicted of insider trading, has a little advice for Lindsay Lohan, who must report to jail on July 20 for 90 days.

“It’s not going to be a good experience for her. Right now, she should be working on rectifying the situation and getting better,” worried Michael tells Us Weekly.

“It’s just a horrible experience. Twenty-three hours a day, she’ll be locked up. I’m going to get her out of that cell as much as I can. And Kate will be there, and we’ll work to get her out of that cell as much as possible.”

Kate is his fiancee, she worked as Linds’ assistant and dated Jon Gosselin last year. Gross.

Michael admits Lindsay is currently refusing to speak to him “because she knows I still want to throw her in [rehab]. I’ve been trying to tell her how much I love her, that I’m behind her, that when she’s ready, I’m ready to help her.”

He adds, “If she would just realize that what she’s taking is toxic. Dina has denied that Lindsay is on prescription meds. Lindsay has denied that she is on prescription meds. Her friends have. Everyone has! And look at her! They’re lying.”

But Lindsay, who may appeal her sentence, “is not a criminal. She’s a person with a disease. She really is. She needs help. She needs medical attention.”

Never one to leave well enough alone, or shut the f**k up for any reason, M-Lo had a few words for his ex-wife: “Dina should be concentrating on helping Lindsay get off prescription drugs instead of stealing Fudgy the Whales from Carvel!”

Jasmine Waltz Lindsay Lohan Punched 499x564 Jasmine Waltz Denies Punching Lindsay Lohan: “I Never Touched The Trainwreck!”

Lindsay Lohan celebrated her 24th birthday on Friday, just as the web came alive with reports that the Lindsay’s big day kicked off with a resounding punch!

Lohan claims a Voyeur waitress punched her in the face while the actress and a group of friends celebrated her birthday at the Los Angeles club this morning.

“A waitress just hit me – punched me for no reason,” the actress Tweeted moments after the alleged incident.

One spywitness on-site claims the testy waitress grew angry after she spotted Lohan talking with one-time reality star Doug Reinhardt, who the server previously dated.

“The waitress has a history with Doug Reinhardt, and Lohan was hanging out with him. She was jealous and out of nowhere, the waitress punched her in the face!” the onlooker squealed to Us Weekly

Jasmine Waltz, the fist-slingin’ cocktail waitress Lohan accuses of decking her in the wee hours of Friday morning, has stepped forward with a hard-hitting denial against reports that she struck the actress. Of course, that doesn’t mean Jasmine wouldn’t leap at the chance to hurl a stiletto at Lindsay’s head, if given the opportunity.

“All I have to say is that disturbed little trainwreck is delusional,” Waltz remarked in a statement to Access Hollywood on Friday night. “I didn’t hit her,” she added curtly. “But I’d like to.”

Jasmine has good reason to be angry — if only at her herself. Word on The Snitch Circuit has it that Voyeur managers have already agreed to give the server her walking papers in light of the Friday morning melee.
