Lindsay Lohan is officially off house arrest. She was seen this weekend at the beach attending a surf party. Sources also say the troubled actress was out partying last night and drinking at Palihouse Hotel helping a friend celebrate his 25th birthday.
“Everyone at the table was drinking lemon drop shots and there were two bottle of Kettle One vodka on the table. She ordered two martinis from the waitress, but she said they were for a friend. So the waitress brought them out and handed them to her. One of the other girls shot the waitress a look and shook her head as if to say ‘Don’t give that to her.’
“But Lindsay took them any way and took a big gulp out of one of them. About 10 minutes later she did a shot of vodka.”
Later in the night, the source said, “By 2 am, she could barely stand. She was trying to stabilize herself on the chairs. Then she made it over to the curtains and hung on them. The manager saw this and went over and helped her stand up,”
Lohan can legally drink and is not violating her probation, but this will not be helping her get any acting jobs anytime soon…

Lindsay Lohan is featured again in the new Vanity Fair magazine where she discusses her stint in jail. Lindsay, who was under house arrest at the time of the photo shoot says, “Unless you’re a killer, I don’t see a reason to stay there. I never hurt anyone but myself.”
Lindsay also talked about wanting to return to her acting career, after recently signing up to play mob boss John Gotti’ Jr’s wife Kim in “GOTTI: In The Shadow Of My Father”. Lindsay says, “In October, I’ll begin work. I hope to spend next year on set.”
That remains to be seen… that’s a whole summer of staying out of trouble!

Apparently the good folks from the NOH8 campaign are willing to make house calls, because house bound Lindsay Lohan is the latest star to pose for the campaign. The NOH8 campaign, which focuses around the support for stopping the ban of same sex marriage, chose Lindsay as their newest cover model the same weekend that the state of New York lifted their ban of same sex marriage. Lindsay tweeted, “Proud to be FROM NY!” this weekend in support of same sex marriage showing that good work can be done while on house arrest.

Lindsay Lohan tested positive for alcohol on one of her two drug tests last week during her house arrest stint, but now Lohan is claiming she never drank any alcohol.
Lindsay dodged jail time yesterday at an LA Courthouse because the previous judge ordered drug testing but not alcohol testing. Lindsay looked very conservative in black slacks and a white button down.
Lindsay claims she has been drinking kombucha tea, which has a small amount of alcohol in it.
Lindsay told TMZ, “I am responsible, and I’m following the rules and obeying my judge and the Los Angeles judicial system. I’d like to do what I must to get my film career back and the respect of directors, actors, writers, studio heads, fans and so on.”

Lindsay Lohan will start her house arrest sentence today. The star was fitted with an ankle monitoring device this morning and then transported back to her house in Venice Beach. Lindsay will have to remain there for 35 days on charge stemming from the alleged robbery of a necklace from a jewelry store. After house arrest, Lindsay will have to complete 480 hours of community service.
One month at a beachfront condo in June? Sounds more like a vacation to us.

Lindsay Lohan just escaped time in jail, is currently on probation and recently out of rehab.. so OF COURSE she should be at a club at 2am on a Sunday night- what a great idea! According to sources, Lindsay and her crew were out at the new Paul & Andre Hollywood club when an excited fan tried to take a photo of the starlet. Lindsay noticed the girl and grabbed her wrist while one of her friends grabbed the camera and dunked it into a bucket of ice that was next to their table.]
A source with the group told RadarOnline that they didn’t press charges and that, “We all were drunk. But then we figured out when we got home that the camera was broken because water seeped in. The memory card, though, was still good.”
The source continued, “Lindsay appeared to be ‘belligerently drunk. She and her people were doing shots of something all night. She looked like she was falling all over the place. She was being stupid.”
If this is true, it doesn’t look good for Lindsay who is currently on 3 years probation and will have to attend psychological counseling.

Lindsay Lohan has seen her fair share of courtrooms lately. And she does it up big with fashion when she goes, from head to toe. Lindsay wore the now famous short white Kimberly Ovitz dress that cost $575 with $350 black Chanel 5182 dark sunglasses for one appearance. Too bad she couldn’t sell the outfits to simply reimburse the jewelry store for the $2,500 necklace she allegedly stole.

Lindsay Lohan made a surprise appearance on the Jay Leno show last night and received a standing ovation by the audience. The show will air tonight.
Jay asked her about her 120 day jail sentence for theft and she admitted she feels “kind of dumb” about the whole situation. Linds went on to say, I think that when, you know, being young and being in the position I was in, you don’t really take the time to appreciate what you have and it’s all kind of a whirlwind, and people make decisions for you. But I’m not a kid anymore — I’m 24, I’ve made a lot of mistakes and I recognize that. I’m in the clear now, and as long as I stay focused, I can achieve what I want to achieve.”
Lindsay’s lawyers are currently appealing the sentence and she is out on $75,000 bail. Lindsay also told Jay that she is confirmed to play Victoria Gotti in the upcoming Gotti: Three Generations film starring John Travolta. Hopefully the film can work around her jail sentence if the appeal does not go through.
