Lindsay Lohan was in court again today for her sentencing for her probation violation regarding the necklace that she allegedly stole from a jewelry store. Lindsay looked conservative in flared jeans, a turtleneck and scarf.
The judge sentenced Lindsay to 120 days in jail and on top of that, 480 hours of community service. 360 of those hours will be at the Downtown Women’s Center while the other 120 will be at the LA County morgue.
The judge told Lindsay that she should have made some attempt to notify the store when she realized she had the necklace.
Lindsay’s violation was reduced to a misdemeanor, but it still didn’t save her from jail. Well, the good news is, she won’t be missing work any time soon.

Lindsay Lohan had almost landed a job playing Victoria Gotti in the new film Gotti: Three Generations starring John Travolta about the Gotti family. Unfortunately, she has already been let go.
According to producer for the film Marc Fiore, he says, “She is no longer being considered. The talks have stopped. We are going to meet with other people [for the role].”
He continues, “She a wonderful person. Her legal case has nothing to do with it. We just couldn’t reach terms.”
Did those terms include banning Dina Lohan and Michael Lohan from the set? Or were they worried about all the set jewelry that may ‘disappear’ from the set? Either way, Lindsay Lohan has the worst luck of 2011.

Did Lindsay Lohan beat the s**t out of Sam Ronson? Just playing. But seriously, Samantha Ronson posted a photo of herself bruised up after falling of her bike in LA yesterday. Sam swerved to avoid hitting a car and lost control of her bike, hitting the ground instead. At least Sam has some good advice to go along with it as she says, “Wear a helmet, kids!”

Is Lindsay Lohan famous enough to drop her last name? According to her mom, Dina, she is.
Dina says, “Lindsay is dropping the Lohan and just going by Lindsay. Plus, me and [younger daughter] Ali will be officially changing our last names back to my maiden name, Sullivan.”
Lindsay realized that after the Superbowl E-Trade ad where she was referred to as, “that milkaholic Lindsay,” that she was in fact famous enough to go by one name only. Obviously, this is a way to distance herself from her father Michael, who is facing misdemeanor charges after allegedly attacking ex-girlfriend Kate Major this week. May be a smart move for Linds..
In other Lindsay news, TMZ reports that Lindsay is upset after seeing photos of ex Sam Ronson kissing another girl. Sources say that Lindsay is planning on confronting Sam today when she gets off a plane today in NYC. The world is never boring with Lindsay.

Lindsay Lohan arrived in NYC this weekend with mom Dina, sister Ali and about half an airplane full of Louis Vuitton luggage. Lohan is taking a break with her family until the end of the month, when she will need to make a decision about taking the plea bargain in her jewelry theft case.
Lindsay still is not used to the pap attention as she tweeted yesterday, “I love ny – but the paparazzi @ jfk just gave me an anxiety attack….. i was half asleep! they’re such animals 
well- @ least im with my family in the end…. xo”
We bet LA neighbor Sam Ronson is happy for the break on having paps in her neighborhood.

Looks like Michael Lohan has passed the necessary criteria to appear on the next season of Celebrity Rehab with Dr Drew. Michael will be seen for his addiction to mesh shirts… and rage issues.
Sources say that Lohan has issues to deal with including anger he still feels towards Dina. Michael reportedly wants Lindsay and Dina and their other children to appear on the show, which will probably not even happen if hell freezes over.
Lindsay is reportedly angry that her dad agreed to be on the show without even talking to her first but hopes that he will use some of the money he makes to pay back child support to Dina!

Lindsay Lohan has signed a $4.3 million deal to appear in famed photographer Terry Richardson’s new photography book which will feature “full frontal nudity” and “graphic” shots. James Franco will also be featured and word is the two have been told the photographs will be according to a source, “provocative but tasteful. There will be a lot of nakedness – some of it graphic and suggestive – but it will be a real statement book.”
Forget seeing Lindsay nude, after seeing James Franco in a dress last night at the Oscars, bring it on!

Lindsay Lohan was back in court yesterday to strike a plea bargain.
Judge Keith Schwartz was unfazed, saying:”I don’t care that you’re Lindsay Lohan. If you plead in front of me, you are going to jail, period! There IS going to be jail time in this case. The issue is what it is.”
Ouch.
Lindsay, who is on trial for allegedly stealing a $2,500 necklace, showed up to court yesterday in a Chanel outfit worth $10,000 and $4,800 worth of jewelry. Wonder if she left the price tags on anything to return after court!
