Jesse James’s child custody case keeps getting worse and worse. Now Jesse is claiming that ex Janine Lindemulder tried to kidnap their 7 year old daughter Sunny.
Lindemulder claims she was ready to pick up her daughter for visitation last week when Jesse’s lawyer called and told her it was not going down. The lawyer said that Jesse’s sister said she got an email from Janine that said she was going to pick up her daughter and they would never see her again.
She tells RadarOnline, “I am consulting my lawyer to see what we can do and the police may have to be involved at some stage if that is what it takes for me to see Sunny.
“At the moment I am going to stay with a few friends down here but I intend to do all that I can to make sure I get to re-establish a bond with my daughter once again.”
Lindemulder claims this is not true and is going to fight Not saying Janine is the sharpest tool in the shed, but you would have to be pretty stupid to announce kidnapping plans before carrying them out… although who knows. Drama seems to surround Jesse James.
